i know i havent posted a blog in ages… but i havent bought or listened to any new music in even longer! a couple of months ago i was totally in the loop with the ‘hip’ music – listening to underground stuff from Jay Shepheard, Stimming, Mike Monday, Afrilounge, Catz n Dogz, Shahrokh Sound of K, Eclectic Sound etc – but now im totally lost in terms of where to start again.
Beatport Sync: Haven't gotten this yet!
Im slightly nervous at the prospect of logging into Beatport again, Im sure the layout will have changed, never mind having to look through all of the latest charts, new releases, recommendations and so on. Its amazing how out of touch you can get after just a few months of neglecting something. I have my reason though, my graphic design has been taking up a lot of time lately, so as a result thats why i havent been producing new music, listening to new music and recording new mixes. Now that some of the non-audio related design projects ive been working on are almost completed, the time is right to dive back into the crazy but wonderful world of electronic music… and why not!
